astrology often leave them out. Many people think the astrology
consists of just sun signs.

Planets In Astrology
A total of ten planets are included in the study of
astrology. The
moon and the sun are included as
part of the ten planets. The earth is not included, because our
mental view is from the earth. Each planet affects both the sun
sign and the house in which it inherently exists in the
astrological chart.
Each planet symbolizes the influence that it holds over the sun
sign and the house in which it rules. Saturn, for instance,
symbolizes the limitations of man. Jupiter symbolizes leadership
and prosperity. All the other planets have their own
representations and influences.
How the planets move and align are also very critical in
astrology. Various planetary alignments and
movements can represent extreme influences over all
aspects of our lives. For instance, when Mars appears to move to
the celestial sphere in the opposite of the natural order of
the signs of that zodiac, conflicts will be more predominant in our
lives.

Importance of Twelve Houses In Astrology
There are a total of twelve houses in the Zodiac, or
astrological chart. Each house symbolizes an aspect of our lives
such as love, family or career. For the accurate explanation or
interpretation of astrology, the houses play a very important part.
The house in which a planet stays shows what effect will be held
over that aspect of our life.
There are only ten planets but twelve houses. Therefore, each
astrological or zodiac chart will have two vacant houses. These
vacant houses denote areas of the life that are not important in
this present life. It is understood that either you have a
favourable outcome in that aspect of your life in another life, or
other aspects of life that needed more attention than those
represented by the vacant houses.

Most General Factor In Astrology Is The Zodiac Or Sun
Signs
The Zodiac Sun Signs are the most general factor of
astrology. There are a total of twelve sun signs, based
on the months of the year. Each sun sign rules for about
twenty-eight days.
Most people will know the twelve common zodiac
astrological signs. They are
Taurus,
Cancer,
Virgo,
Capricorn,
Sagittarius,
Aquarius,
Scorpio,
Gemini,
Libra,
Leo,
Aries and
Pisces. The sun signs are most often
used to create representations of horoscopes.
The
Moon Signs
In the explanation of astrology, the moon also has twelve signs.
The twelve signs of the moon are designated after the
twelve signs of the sun. However, these signs do not
meet regularly.
Rather than yearly, the twelve signs of the moon circulate
monthly. Therefore, each sign of the Zodiac happens within
its own sign of the moon one time every month. This may happen for
one to three days. It is when the sun sign and moon sign are
similar that the individual's mental clarity is at its best.
When the sign of the moon is in contrary to the sun
sign of the individual in question, conflict will follow as a
consequence. Some phases of the moon are harmful to decision making
in spite of the sun sign held by the individual. In any case, the
moon's energies and emotions will affect the overall readings of
the rest of the factors of astrology.
